Move movie GainFocus/LoseFocus handling to Sprite.
Visualizations are part of Background, not BGAnimation; move them there. Remove BGAnimation::LoadFromVisualization and BGAnimationLayer::LoadFromVisualization.

logic into BGAnimation, out of BGALayer.
