Hack to keep banner movies from playing faster and faster due to Update() being called multiple times in the underlying MovieTexture by unloading the texture if it appears more than once in the list of fading banners.

We want to update the children manually, so we need to be overriding UpdateInternal(), not Update(). Overriding Update() was causing Update() to be called on each of our children twice.

Always call LoadAllCommands explicitly.
...
The hack to LoadAllCommands when playing a command was leading to weird interactions: If a theme element contained an OnCommand, it would cause the rest of the commands defined in metrics to not be loaded.

Merge the sort menu into the mode menu.
GAMESTATE->m_SortOrder is now GAMESTATE->m_PreferredSortOrder.
Allow the mode menu to have non-mutually-exclusive items.

FadingBanner no longer auto-fades low res banners; that's up to
...
ScreenSelectMusic. (If we want simpler screens to use low res banners,
we can create an AutoFadingBanner to do what this logic did.) It's ugly
to have music wheel metrics, etc. in here.
