Jason Felds 61d935ba70 Split the Editor's Area menu into two menus. 
Use the "Enter" key for the old menu,
and the "A" key for the Alter menu
(requires having selected an area of notes).

If you guys want your battles to not be mirrored/turned,
this is the metric to change. By default, it's on ITG
behavior.

Jason Felds a4ebdcc8cc Added the LoopOnChartEnd metric for the editor. 
Let the players decide whether to loop or not
when playing charts in the editor.
