Jason Felds e988bba855 sm124futures: Enhanced editor stuff in progress. 
Cycle between the different types of Tap Notes.
Hold/Roll heads do not count on this.

Obviously still being worked on, but the code
compiles at this point.

Jason Felds c435129078 sm124futures: Allow choosing which field to use. 
Either the #DESCRIPTION or #CREDIT tag can be used for SM files.
By default, the old behavior is still used.

AJ Kelly 30f9215aef change how ScreenOptionsToggleSongs works. 
Now the main page (ScreenOptionsToggleSongs) has the groups, and a sub-page (ScreenOptionsToggleSongsSubPage) holds all the songs in a specific group.

AJ Kelly 5065273264 [ScreenNetSelectMusic] Reworked the input on this screen. 
Left and Right still move the wheel. Up and Down now change the difficulty via CodeDetector. The Options menu is now accessed with the Select button.
