Glenn Maynard 242d99a5df Fix RankingToInsert::CompareDescending.
Store regular scores in nonstop, not oni.  We only ever display those
scores in that mdoe.

Add Course::IsNonstop, Course::IsOni, Course::IsEndless.

Glenn Maynard c787b9fa60 Only show some sorts in the normal rotation; get ot the rest via the "sort"
sort.  This should probably be configurable in some way (but probably not
a metric).
