m_pPlayerState->m_HealthState != PlayerState::DEAD -> !m_pPlayerStageStats->bFailed
...
This means that scoring stops when the player actually fails: scoring will still
(as before) stop when the life bar empties in FailEndOfSong, but now will not
stop in FailOff. (m_HealthState ignores the fail mode.) This way, beginners
in FailOffInBeginner mode who lose their meter quickly before catching on will
get a decent score, instead of a discouraging "1.5%".

Move some player-specific data out of the bloated GameState class.
...
Have gameplay objects hold a PlayerState pointer instead of a PlayerNumber and indexing back into GameState.
This will simplify off-screen players (e.g. CPU ghosts, network replicated human players, >2 players using one NoteField)

I have modified SM files to add network support.
...
I tested this under linux AND windows.
There should be no issues, if there is, feel free
to use AIM to IM me at CNLohr, or email me,
webmaster@cnlohr.com .
I modified the .dsp and Makefile.am only to add
networksyncmanager and ezsockets.
I added some startup code to stepmania.cpp,
so that if the user does not desire network support
none will be enabled.
Scorekeeper and screengameplay are modified
so that information can be sent to the server as
well as allowing the game sync to work.
