Added 2 new lua classes
...
SetPreferredSongs(string) and SetPreferredCourses(string)
The files have to be named "SongManager <name>.txt"
Example: SONGMAN:SetPreferredSongs("mysongs.txt")
calls the file "SongManager mysongs.txt"

--listen was originally added in a96e8ba:

Considering that this never panned out, and --listen doesn't exactly work, I'm removing it.
