Scale the background here rather than in every piece of lua that loads them. This also fixes the last of the jerks between screens that load them separately.

scaletoclipped takes a width and a height so use SCREEN_{WIDTH,HEIGHT} in place of SCREEN_{RIGHT,BOTTOM}.

Fix color. I removed the diffusealpha command since it looks like this can be done directly with color. If this is incorrect, I hope someone will fix it.
