Add *.bml to BMSLoader::GetApplicableFiles. BML stands for Be-Music Longnote.
Because it is an extension to BMS, so most apps save them with bms extension anyway,
there exist some convertors that output to .bml files however.

Make compress/expand preserve timing data by also adjusting BPM changes between start and end marker. The adjusting part is at TimingData::ScaleRegion.

Resolve issue 76: add a new metric.
One can now define whether Ctrl+Up expands the selection
