Crash Cringleandteejusb 24876804ef Add Top Grades sort per profile. This allows each player to see their top grades based on the currently used profile. 
The present implementation adds 2 new sorts for this, TOP_P1_Grades and TOP_P2_GRADES following the naming convention of TOP_GRADES which returns the machine grades.

I named the sort TopP1Grades rather than TopGradesP1 to prevent the "conflicting" banner error.

Eventually, I'd like to condense this to be 1 sort fed a playernumber or profile parameter in the future.

Kyzentun f2fdaa0cf5 Massively improved Config Key/Joy Mappings screen. 
Warning is dismissable now, and cursor does not start in a position that will change a setting.
New special actions added:  ClearToDefault, ReloadFromDisk, SaveToDisk, SetListMode.  Exit is a special action.
Player is prompted to save when exiting screen instead of saving after every action.
Special actions fallback on Graphics/SMC action if they don't have their own.
Moved SMC overlay to Graphics/SMC warning.
Metrics for configuring input lock time, warning autodismiss time, lines visible, and NoSetListPrompt autodismiss time.
Header row added for cursor to start on.
ScreenMapControllers2 deleted as obsolete.
BitmapText:maxwidth changed to factor the zoom of the actor into the calculation.

* Replace hardcoded rainbow effect with UserTier02OrBetterCommand.
 * Added Difficulty and Steps param to UpdateNetEvalStats message. The
   beginning of custom-themable online stuff begins.

 * Started to port SampleMusicPreviewMode from ScreenSelectMusic.
 * Changed MusicWheel metrics to read from OnlineMusicWheel instead.
 * Added section, roulette, and random music (not used yet).
 * Stop the music when reaching a section.
