Added ScreenContinue:ContinueEnabled metric. Changed Actor:hidden and Lua scoring to emit errors because they are deprecated.

Changed Actor:scale_or_crop_background back to forcing the actor to the screen center. Changed LogDisplay's IgnoreIdentical to not ignore when hidden.

By the by, StretchBackgrounds is hardcoded or used by whatever calls
this. Also, only you can prevent pillarboxing.

Stretch backgrounds based on preference

It turns out we have a preference called StretchBackgrounds and this
seems like the perfect place to use it. Also we may want to set it to
true then by default, I don't know.

changed scale_or_crop_background function (technically it just scales now...) and replaced various scaletoclipped references with it. Hopefully this fixes the problems people have been having with song backgrounds.
