Glenn Maynard 1cf89233a8 rename LoadActor to LoadActorFunc ...

allow level param to LoadActorFunc
LoadActor now evaluates the function; arguments can be passed
directly to LoadActor; use LoadActorFunc if you want to get the
factory directly
