Ignore any part of the file before src. gcc replaces __FILE__ with the name of the file as it was passed to it. Xcode invokes gcc with absolute paths. This makes crash logs slightly easier to read.

Add method for passing one BOOL. Unlike NSObject's performSelector, an NSInvocation does not make any attempt to translate arguments. It just copies from the buffer passed to addArgument:atIndex: the size of paramter specified. A BOOL is one byte (as opposed to a _Bool bool, or boolean_t which are four bytes...) so it was copying just one byte of the address of the NSNumber object and invoking it with that.

Fix double toggling of full screen and fix potential issue if 'q' was bound to do something and the user was really trying to quit without doing whatever that was. Both of these were OS X specific issues due to the fact that Quit and Enter Full Screen are two menu options and handled as such.

SetExtension does not modify sName. Also, after calling SetExtension( sName, "" ), the period is removed so if the file name is foo.bar.baz, then calling SetExtension with "" followed by "bur" you end up with foo.bur. Instead, just append "." + sExt.
