Jason Felds 535ef4db29 Two new options for JudgmentMessageCommand.
You can now use AvoidMine and HitMine.

Obviously, not at the same time.

Thanks to Saturn2888 and shakesoda for the fix.

Jason Felds d076b13894 Assist clapping respects Split Timing.
Versus mode still follows the first player though.
That is a holdover from previous versions.
