NetRoom/SelectBase/Music lua objects. Scrolling with lua funcs and binded to ctrl+pg up/down. Show prev msgs, binded to pg up/down. Music wheel move, selectmusic screen's select current song, chatbox visibility, input en/disabling and UserList visibility lua functions. ( #1394 )

This is meant to be a safer alternative since
NULL can often be 0. Let's not rely on that.
And yes, I know this is a lot of files. This is
a safer thing to do in big commits vs for loops.

Various metrics changes to RoomWheel: Desc is now Description, Width metrics are removed, and hardcoded commands (halign,0;shadowlength,0;maxwidth,[width metric]) are removed.
