Steve Checkoway dfee68b1d3 I'm tired of having ranlib run every time which modifies the library header which means that cvs thinks it is modified. Instead, run a script to copy libfoo.a to libfoo_link.a and link with libfoo_link.a. Have that script only run when the modification date of libfoo.a is newer than that of libfoo_link.a.
