Add SDL_sound and SDL_net directly to project file. SDL_sound at least should probably be made a seperate target upon which SM is dependent but this is easier. Add the necessary defines using -D in 'Other Compiler Flags'.

Installer is now functional but not complete. It spits out error messages when it shouldn't. It copies the CVS directories into the archive. It doesn't honor the overwrite flag, it just always does what tar normally does. (Overwrites I assume...) It cannot get superuser privs yet for installing the libraries.

revert, signal handler breaks the exception handler. Unfortunally throwing an exception causes a signal and not an exception. If I use a signal handler rather than the exception handler, all unforeseen errors will cause SM to just die with no backtrace.
