Yes, I know it is ugly. Removed gunzip and tar. It does still rely on /bin/cp being there, but that is mostly because I was too lazy to write a replacement for it.

Installer is now functional but not complete. It spits out error messages when it shouldn't. It copies the CVS directories into the archive. It doesn't honor the overwrite flag, it just always does what tar normally does. (Overwrites I assume...) It cannot get superuser privs yet for installing the libraries.
