Re-adding these; they were (incorrectly) added as binary files for some

Completely re-designed ScreenSelectDifficultyEX to support EX's bar of icons, and added some scripting support (the input-lock and animation between difficulty/courses is now optional and scripted). Will add more scripting support tomorrow

Enhanced ScreenSelectDifficultyEX for even more accuracy, and to include battle mode. Added `solo singles', to allow 4-panel solo mode like 4th mix.. Also made new piccies for Battle mode ^_^
