Steve Checkoway a6e11aa231 Updated files. 
Updated file locations from absolute path to project relative path.

Steve Checkoway 32940e177a Removed RageSound_SDL class and add RageSound_QT instead. Added 
PackageMaker files to create the various packages for SM.

Steve Checkoway a81fb268af Updated README with new instructions. 
Renamed install.sh to make_dist.sh.More accurately describe what it does.
Exactly the same files as the Windows' installer are copied.
ProjectBuilder project changed to only link dynamically with libraries. As
a result a seperate package (not included here--read README) with the
libraries needs to be installed--if needed--for both end user and dev.

Steve Checkoway 339778ac62 This is the ProjectBuilder stepmania project with which one can build stepmania for OSX. 
A README with instructions is included.
